Guest Terms & Policy

All guests above the age of 18 years old are compulsory required to submit a valid ID proof (Issued by government which has address proof), Children should be accompnied by their parents or guardians. Inclusivity / inclusion (DEI)  policy: In our serviced apartment, we do not have any kind of restrictions to any third gender or transgender people. Foreigners are required to provide Passport copies and Visa details for C-Form (immigration department) submission, playing loud music /sound is not allowed. Weapons of all kinds – Strictly Prohibited, Illegal activities – Strictly Prohibited. Only following ID cards are accepted as ID proof. 

• Passport (Only passport accepted in case of foreigners)
• Aadhaar Card
• Voter ID
• Driving Licence
• Overseas Citizenship of India Card

Booking

Booking to this villa / apartment is confirmed only on acceptance of 40% of total booking amount.

Cancelation / Refund

• No refund if cancelled within 18 days to check-in
• If cancellation is requested within 18-30 days prior to check-in 70% refund will be issued, 30% is cancellation fees.
• If cancellation is requested within 30-60 days prior to check-in Full refund will be issued.

Those who wish to cancel their bookings should send a cancellation request to stay@hobiz.biz (only such cancellation request will be accepted).
